Golf: LWU competing at Gibson Bay Invitational

The Lindsey Wilson men's and women's golf teams travel to Richmond, KY, for the Gibson Bay Invitational on Monday and Tuesday, October 13 and 14, 2025, at Gibson Bay Golf Course.

Competing on the men's side is Bethel, No. 22 Campbellsville, Cumberland, Cumberlands, No. 9 Indiana Wesleyan, Midway, and Union Commonwealth. Campbellsville, No. 11 Cumberlands, Midway, No. 20 Milligan, and No. 17 Pikeville are set to compete on the women's side.

The Blue Raider men were last in action at the Music City Collegiate October 6-7. Lindsey Wilson finished second with a 14-under par 562 (281-281), finishing five shots behind No. 4 Dalton State (Ga.). Two Blue Raiders finished in the top 10 led by Toby White who was tied for seventh with a 5-under 139. Stanley White tied for 10th carding a 140.

Lindsey Wilson's women were last in action on September 22-23 at the Carey Collegiate. The Blue Raiders posted a fifth-place finish with a 928. Thanaporn Buakong recorded the highest Blue Raider finish, coming in ninth with a 10-over 226 (76-76-74). Tara Laverty tied for 17th with a 233.
