Giles's festival Saturday, October 4th, in Knifley

The 2025 Janice Holt and Henry Giles Festival, always the first Saturday in October, was enjoyed by both regulars and new visitors in Knifley. Good foods served up by Keysha Tucker, director of the property and Board, including pinto beans, greens, chili, and three kinds of cornbread - gluten-free, Mexican cornbread, and regular.

It was an absolutely beautiful fall morning. Driving through the countryside, there was only the occasional yellow or red leaf that had turned color, everything was still green in the surrounding hills.
