Charles E. Giles, 90, Columbia, KY (1935-2025) Charles Edmon Giles of Columbia died on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville. He was 90 years old. The funeral service will be held at 11amCT on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Trinity Church, 2418 Campbellsville Road, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Steve Pescosolido officiating. Burial will follow in Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation is requested on Friday after 4pmCT and on Saturday from 6amCT until 8:30amCT at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, and after 9amCT on Saturday at Trinity Church. He was born July 21, 1935, in Adair County. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Van Giles and his mother, Thelma Irene Dixon Hopkins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Nadine Rich Giles on November 4, 2014. Charles was a member of Trinity Church, a U.S. Army Veteran and a well-respected successful businessman in Adair County, owning G&G Motors, a farm implement dealership, for 44 years.
