Soccer: LWU women shut out Union

The Lindsey Wilson women's soccer team secured their first win against Union Commonwealth (KY) 5-0 at Ray Wells Field at Walter S. Reuling Stadium on Tuesday evening, August 26, 2025.

Lindsey Wilson (1-1) outshot the Bulldogs (0-2) 20-3 with a 10-2 advantage in shots on goal. Ashiat Naluggwa and Vitoria Loiola led the way with their first two goals of the season, while Alexandra Giusti added one of her own to round out the scoring effort.

The Blue Raiders will travel to Decatur, Alabama to take on the fifth-ranked William Carey (MI) at 7pmCT on Saturday, August 30, 2025.
