Mable Ousley, 84, Russell County, KY Mable D. Ousley, 84, of Russell Springs, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025 at home. She was born in Pennington Gap, VA on February 22, 1941, a daughter of the late Mattie (Nelms) and Jessee James Cowan. She was a homemaker. Mable is survived by a daughter, Delilah Swinford, of Anderson, IN; a son, John McPherson, of Columbia, KY; two brothers, Dave Cowan, of Tipton, IN; Richard Cowan, of CA. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren with 2 on the way. She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband John McPherson, second husband Robert Ousley 1 grandson and 10 siblings. Funeral Services 1pmCT on Saturday, July 19th at H. E.
