Gertrude K. Tedder, 98, Adair Co., KY (1927-2025) Gertrude Knifley Tedder passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025 at the Grandview Nursing and Rehab Center. She was 98 years old. The funeral service will be held at 1pmCT on Monday, July 21, 2025, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Robert Brock and Bro. Hugh Withers officiating. Burial will follow in Haven Hill Cemetery Visitation is requested at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home on Monday, July 21, 2025 from 11amCT until 1pmCT. She was born May 3, 1927, in Adair County to the late Deroy Knifley and Mary Eliza White Knifley. She was a member of the Knifley Christian Church and taught Sunday School Preschool children for 43 years at Roley Christian Church. She was a homemaker and made popcorn balls for 39 years at Halloween for the neighborhood children who returned to bring their own children and grandchildren. She was united in marriage to Walter Tedder on October 22, 1947, who preceded her in death on June 23, 1996. She is also preceded in death by nine siblings and their spouses and one special nephew, Ronnie Brandenburg. Survivors include:
