Also surviving are his brother, L.T. (Zola) Roy of Campbellsville, Kentucky, and sister, Rosemary (Dean) Hart of Jamestown, Kentucky; special brother-in-law, Arlis "Butch" (Shelly) Miller of Russell Springs; and sister-in-law, Mary (Steve) Gossett of Glasgow, Kentucky.

Paul was known as "Pop" to five grandchildren: Christen (Jonathan) Roseberry of Lancaster; Todd (Brook) Polston of Campbellsville; Bradley (Danielle) Roy of Lancaster; Evan (Madeline) Roy of Tucson, Arizona; and Kyle (Monica) Roy of Pompano Beach, Florida. He also had the joy of seven great-grandchildren: Hunter and Avery Roseberry; Ryan Rose and Maverick Todd Polston; Lucas and Branson Roy; and Jett William Roy, expected in October 2025.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his loving wife of 48 years, Judy Miller Roy, and two brothers, James Roy and Wilbur Roy.

Funeral services will be held at 10amCT on Saturday, July 19, 2025 in the Chapel of Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Garlin Wilson officiating. Interment will be in the Lakeside Memorial. Visitation will be from 5-8 on Friday, July 18, 2025 at Wilson Funeral Home in Russell Springs.
