Soccer: LWU Men release 2025 schedule Nearing the start of his fourth season at the helm of the Blue Raider men's soccer program, head coach Sicelo Buthelezi has announced Lindsey Wilson's 14-game slate for the 2025 season. Among this year's competition includes three conference tournament champions, six 2024 NAIA national tournament qualifiers, and eight teams ranked or receiving votes in last season's final coaches poll. For the third consecutive year, the Blue Raiders open their regular season at Walter S. Reuling Stadium when they host SCAD-Savannah (GA) on August 22, 2025, and Indiana Wesleyan on August 25, 2025. Lindsey Wilson's first road contest takes place on Labor Day weekend in Lawrenceville, Georgia. A neutral-site match against Lawrence Tech (MI) on August 30, 2025, leads into a showdown with hosts Georgia Gwinnett on September 1, 2025. The next weekend, a three-game homestand opens with defending River States Conference champions Rio Grande (OH) on September 6, followed by national tournament team Marian (IN) on the 12th, then Georgetown (KY) for the Mid-South Conference opener on September 16, 2025. Additional non-conference bouts include a trip to 2024 Crossroads League champion Spring Arbor (MI) on September 20, and an October 16, 2025, home match versus former Mid-South foe Tennessee Southern. The remaining conference schedule takes Lindsey Wilson on the road to Campbellsville, Freed-Hardeman (TN), and defending Mid-South tournament champion Cumberlands (KY) on October 8, 2025, while Cumberland (TN) and Bethel (TN) come to Columbia. The 2025 Mid-South Conference tournament begins the week of October 29 and concludes on November 11, 2025. All tournament matches will be played at the higher seed.
