Virginia Barnett, 92, Campbellsville, KY Virginia Barnett of Campbellsville, daughter of the late James W. Pike and Mary E. Viers Pike, was born December 14, 1932 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died Tuesday, February 4, 2025 in Greensburg at age. 92. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville and had also worked at Gibson's Department Store and Convenient Food Mart. She loved shopping and talking to people. Her family said "she never met a stranger". She united in marriage to Richard Barnett August 6, 1948 and he preceded her in death October 29, 2015. Virginia is survived by one daughter and one son: Elizabeth Sanders and Ricky Barnett of Campbellsville; three grandchildren: Guy Jeffrey Sanders and wife, Michelle, Tammy Jean Lankin and husband, Jack and Clint Barnett of Campbellsville; five great-grandchildren: Ashley Sanders, Tori Sanders, Makenna Cook, Johnna Cook and Ella Mae Lankin; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters: Jack Pike, James Leslie, Barbara Loyall, Audrey Jean Pike, Jewell Eubank and Peggy White. FUNERAL SERVICE: 11amET Friday, February 7, 2025 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Bro.
