Election 2006: Democrats to host free Chili Supper, stump speaking and rally Jerry Lundergan, outspoken state party chairman, will fire up the crowd with keynote address; Adair County Democratic candidates will be given opportunity to speak Evelyn Phelps, chairperson of the Adair County Democratic Party, has announced a free chili supper, stump speaking with keynote address, and rally. The event will be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, March 3, 2006, at the VFW Hall at the Fairgrounds, Fairgrounds ST, Columbia, KY. Jerry Lundergan, State Democratic Party Chairman, will be the keynote speaker. All Democratic candidates will have the opportunity to speak at the rally, or to simply come and meet the voters.
