Michael-Dan Hunter Mings, 26, Green County, KY Michael-Dan Hunter Mings, son of David Michael Mings of Greensburg and Tarrah Mae Johnson and her husband, Ben Johnson of Somerset, was born on Friday, May 1, 1998 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Monday, November 11, 2024 at his home. He was 26 years, 6 months, and 10 days of age. He graduated from Adair County High School in 2016, and in his free time, he enjoyed cooking and baking. He was generous, had a big heart, and always tried to help others in their time of need. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Somerset First Church of the Nazarene. Besides his parents, he is survived by a brother: Jackson Dean of Columbia; a sister Londyn Patterson of Somerset; two step siblings: Micah Johnson and Riley Johnson both of Russell County; grandparents: Cathy and Danny Patterson of Greensburg and Joyce Anger of Glasgow; aunts and uncles: Farrah and Chris Pruitt, Tina and David Judd, Danielle and Nick Wright all of Greensburg; a special dog: Stella; and a host of other relatives and friends. Honoring the families wishes cremation was chosen. There will be a Celebration of Life held at 12noonCT Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home. Bro.
