Roger Gossage, 75, Russell County, KY (1948-2024) Roger W. Gossage, 75, of Jamestown, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2024 at home. He was born in Jamestown August 27, 1948, a son of the late Flonzie Mae (McKinley) and Johnie Elmer Gossage. He served in the U.S. Army and was retired from the tire business. Roger is survived by: His wife, Carolyn Jarvis, of Jamestown, KY. Three daughters - Angel Kimberly Roy, of Russell Springs; Christina Mae Gossage, of Jamestown; and Amy Jo Skaggs, of Salem, IN. Three sisters - Betty Stephens, of Russell Springs; Jenny Popplewell, of Cadiz, K; and Tennie Coffey, of Phoenix, AZ. A brother, Kermit Gossage, of Somerset, KY. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, son John Hollis Gossage, 2 grandchildren Natasha Miller, and Justice LeClercq. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 7pmCT on Thursday, August 15th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Tim Ogle officiating. Friends may visit 6 to 7 service time.
