Charlene Sayers, 80, Windsor, KY (1944-2024) Charlene Sayers, age 80, of Windsor, KY passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2024. She was born on Saturday, July 08 1944, in Liberty, KY, the daughter of Liffie Fair Weir and Grady Weir, who preceded her in death. She worked at Russell Sportswear and Union Underwear and was a farmer. She was a member of Bethany Church of Christ. She loved being with her family and her grandchildren. Survivors include: 3 Daughters: Lisa Sayers, spouse Jerry, of Memphis IN; Peggy Holt, spouse Greg, of Russell Springs KY; Vickie Yeomans, of Ponce De Leon FL 1 Son: Thomas Sayers, spouse Shanna, of Dunnville KY. 1 Sister: Lou Dause, of Cincinnati OH 3 Brothers: Larry Weir, of Russell Springs KY; Michael Weir, of Somerset KY; Garry Weir, of Russell Springs KY Seven grandchildren, Clinton Sayers, Cody Sayers, Chelsea Sayers, Chris Yeomans, Cara Yeomans, Logan Holt and Jennifer Colborne and three great-grandchildren, Noah Sayers, Rhett Bunch and Levi Colborne. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Helen Coleman. Pallbearers are: Cody Sayers, Logan Holt, Ivan Weir, Christopher Yeomans, Derek Weir and Brian Weir. Funeral services will be 2pmCT Sunday, August 11 2024 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY. Visitation will be 12noonCT Sunday, August 11 2024.
