Cane Valley, KY Hard to believe, but the beautiful name historic community bears today was a second choice By Joe Hare When the metropolis of what is now Cane Valley came to the time to have a name the founding fathers choose "Sacramento" and sent it in to the U.S. Postal Service. It was rejected as "Sacremento" was already in use. I believe in Ohio County, even today.Then Cane Valley was chosen. Direct comments are not available.
