Progress on the Interchange: New bridge spanning Louie B. Nunn Parkway



2006-01-16 - Greater Bliss, Adair CO, KY - Photo Ed Waggener. In this winter without a winter, construction on the KY 61 interchange with the Louie B. Nunn Parkway is going at an amazing speed. This late afternoon picture shows the new span for the interchange on the right, or east, and the existing one on the left, or west. The big white house is the Gertrude Browning home. The old overpass will be eliminated when the interchange becomes functional and is opened.
