Russell County to get electric vehicle charging station The Russell County Tourism Director announced at the May Fiscal Court meeting that a new electric vehicle (EV) charging station is coming to the Tourism office. Russell is one of four counties in the state to get fast car chargers from Kentucky Utilities as a part of their special development project.
