Preschool, Headstart and Kindergarten Registration dates From Ruth Ann Lewis Adair County Schools Registration for Preschool, Headstart, and Kindergarten for Adair County students for the 2023-2024 school year will take place on April 14, 21, and 28, 2023, at Adair County Primary Center, 158 Col. Casey Dr, Columbia, KY. Preschool and Headstart Registrants should enter through Door #13, between 8amCT and 1:30pmCT on any of the three Friday registration days. Please bring a state-certified birth certificate, physical (within a year), eye exam (within a year), proof of up-to-date immunizations, proof of income, and custody paperwork. Please call 270-384-2476 ext. 2017, or email wesley.irvin@adair.kyschools.us with any questions. Kindergarten Registrants should come to ACPC between 8amCT and 2pmCT on any of the three Friday registration days. Please bring a state-certified birth certificate, social security card, proof of up-to-date immunizations, physical (within a year), eye exam (within a year), dental exam and custody paperwork.
