Photos of Cherry Furniture by Harvey Willis

Click title for photos.

In the late 1950s and early 1960s, Royal Harvey Willis ran a furniture reproduction business on Jamestown Road in Columbia. John Roylston's parents had a number of cherry wood furniture pieces made by Willis, and John has shared some photos of the collection.

John says, "Everything is very solid, and still looks new today after raising 6 kids on it."

Note: JIM was able to track down a little information about Willis' shop, posted here: Letter: A few notes on Willis Furniture. If you have more information about the business, use our Contact Form and let us know.
