Glenn David Bell, 81, Russell Co., KY (1941-2022) Glenn David Bell died on Saturday, December 10, 2022. Friends may visit from NoonCT to 2pmCT on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N. Main St., Jamestown, KY. Burial will take place in the Jamestown Cemetery in Jamestown, KY. He was born March 23, 1941, in the hills of what would be Lake Cumberland State Park in Jamestown, Kentucky. He spent his childhood exploring the hills and hollers of his beloved countryside before graduating from Russell County High School. He completed his first year of college in Campbellsville, Kentucky prior to moving to Indianapolis. He completed his B.S. degree at the University of Indianapolis. A career entrepreneur, he owned several small businesses both in Indianapolis and Kentucky. He is survived by his daughter, Lossie D. (Bell) Haidar Crane, Indianapolis, IN., his son Glenn David Bell, Jr., daughter-in-law, Beth (Simonds) Bell, Oviedo, FL. Three granddaughters Olivia Alexandra Haidar, Sydney Jade Crane, and Katherine Elizabeth Bell. Sisters Diana (Bell) Underwood of Louisville, KY, Marketta (Bell) Grider of Bowling Green, KY. and many more loved ones. He is preceded in death by his father, Woodrow Bell, mother Beulah (Snow) Bell, sisters Ilene (Bell) Peyton, Brenda (Bell) Loy and one brother Jimmy Bell.
