Patty Green, 76, Columbia, KY (1946-2022) Patty Green of Columbia died on Friday, December 2, 2022 at her home. The funeral service will be held at 1pmCT on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Stanley Watson officiating. Burial will follow in Beulah Chapel Cemetery. Visitation is requested on Monday, December 5, 2022, from 4pmCT until 8pmCT, and will continue on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, until time for the service. She was born January 12, 1946, in Adair County. Patty was a self-employed floral designer and loved working with flowers of any kind. Preceding her in death was her parents, Olis Raymond and Inez Burton Bernard, an infant son, Michael Lee Green, a brother, Ralph Dean Bernard and a sister, Joann Darnell. Survivors include:
