Huge day of events kicks off Christmas in Columbia It's a huge day for events in Columbia, culminating in the 31st Annual Christmas Parade at 6pmCT this evening on Jamestown Street. The morning started with a vendor fair at City Farm, and at 11amCT there's a Christmas Open House at the historic Trabue Russell House. Santa will arrive at the Trabue house at NoonCT with activities and fun for all kids. At 1pmCT the Columbia Christmas Carnival will kick off in the Holloway Center, and at 2pmCT, there's a Kid's Christmas Craft Party at the Adair County Public Library. Just before the parade, at 5:30pmCT, Berean Community Fellowship will have free hot chocolate for parade-goers at 107 N Reed Street. Also tonight, Pickett's Chapel Church's Journey to the Manger will continue for the 2nd of 3 nights at 2300 Milltown Road, Columbia, KY.
