Carol Ann Sibert, 63, Vermilion, OH (1958-2022) Carol Ann Sibert, residing in Vermilion, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022 while visiting friends and family in Kentucky. Carol was born on November 24, 1958 in Sibert, in Clay County, KY, to the late William L. and Mary Ann (Brewer) Sibert. Carol was very down to earth and enjoyed sitting outside in nature,sitting at the beach, camping and being a member of her hunting club. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She had a strong community of friends and loved ones that she would do anything for. Carol is survived by her children, William Dewayne (Melony) Sibert of S. Amherst, Samantha (Mark) Watanabe of KY and Kathryn (Joe) Messer of Vermilion; 10 grandchildren, Amber, Alexa, Allessandra, Aislinn, Luke, Logan, Everett, Annabell, Alayna and Killian; sisters, Darlene Harris of Vermilion and Marlene Sibert of Sandusky and three nieces, Sara Lynn, Courtney and Ciara. Friends may call on Friday, November 11, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 12. 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Vermilion VFW, 7576 Poorman Rd., Vermilion. Memorial contributions may be directed to Back to the Wild, 4504 Bardshar Rd., Castalia, OH. These can be made locally at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg.
