Breeding area drug investigation underway

Marijuana, cash and weapon seized and evidence will be presented to the Grand Jury
Officers from the Adair County Sheriff's Department, the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force along with oficers from KSP Post 15 converged at a location in the Breeding area of Adair County today.


Seized were 33 Marijuana plants, about two pounds of processed Marijuana, a 22 caliber rifle and over $4,000 in cash.

The investigation is continuing and evidence will be presented to the Grand Jury of Adair County for possible indictment.
