Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on October 6, 2005, at 5:30 p.m., in City Hall to consider the following:


  1. A zone change from R-W Low Moderate Density Residential to C-3 Neighborhood Commercial for one (1) lot located at 502 Jamestown Street (PVA Map #C6-1A-05)
The hearing is open to the public.
