Carolyn Sue Baxter, 71, Liberty, KY (1951-2022) Carolyn Sue Baxter of Liberty passed away on Monday September 26th, 2022, at the Casey County Hospital. She was 71 years old. Funeral Services will be held at 2pmET on Thursday September 29, 2022, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Josh Robinson and Rev. Gale Durham officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 10amET on Thursday September 29, 2022, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. She was born February 8th, 1951, in Casey Co., KY, a daughter of the late James Burnon "J.B." and Devola Raney Hamilton. Carolyn was the widow of Willie Clifton Baxter who passed away on January 9th, 2013. Carolyn was a retired employee of American Greetings and a former cashier at B.P. and Sav-a-lot and a member of Hope Ministeries. Survivors include: One Son: Mark Lee Baxter of Middleburg, Two Grandchildren: Sara and Maxson Lee Baxter both of Middleburg, and Four Siblings: Judy Hamilton of Liberty, Joe and (Julie) Hamilton of Liberty, Burnon and (Hazel) Hamilton of Hustonville, and Paula and (Gale) Durham of Liberty. Preceding her in death besides her parents was One Grandson: Aaron Lee Baxter. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Hope Ministries Buildind Fund 882 Caney Fork Rd Liberty, KY 42539 or Gideon Bibles. Bartle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
