The funeral service will be Friday, September 30, 2005, at 1:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, with Bro. Wayne Keith officiating. He is survived by his parents, Jason Shane and Jessica Ann Blair Montgomery, and by the following:
