Paint the Town will feature food trucks, music From Tiffany Collins The third annual "Paint The Town" is happening in just two weeks. Over a couple of days, from July 27 through July 29, 2022, individuals, groups, businesses, churches, and organizations will decorate the sidewalks around the Public Square in downtown Columbia. "We think this is a great community event," said Mayor Pamela Hoots. "Individuals can come to town and paint the square, visit with neighbors, and view other artwork." On Friday, July 29, from 2pmCT to 8pmCT, there will be four food trucks set up in the parking lot directly across from City Hall: Mimi's Ice, Munch Time, First Baptist Church, and Shogun. There will also be music provided from 5pmCT until 7pmCT. The Adair County Arts Council will also be participating. For further information and to signup, call Tiffany Collins or Sydney Strange at 270-384-2501. This story was posted on 2022-07-11 09:34:13
