Oris Franklin ''Frank'' Keith, 90 Oris Franklin "Frank" Keith, 90, a resident of Summit Manor Nursing Home, died Friday, August 19, 2005, at the nursing home. A graveside service will be Monday, August 22, 2005, at 2:00 p.m., at Shelton Cemetery in Fairplay with Vernon Blakey officiating and burial to follow. Visitation will be after 1:30 p.m at the cemetery. Grissom Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Keith was the son of the late Jim Ed and Necie Ann Cape Keith.
