The Adair County School Board will meet at 6pmCT on Thursday, May 19, 2022, in the Board Conference room at the Adair County Board of Education, 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY.

The May 19th Board Meeting is open to the public with social distancing guidelines in place.

  • 10. Approval of Adair County High School HOSA students to compete at the International HOSA Competition in Nashville Tennessee on June 21st - June 25th, 2022. Transportation is also being requested for out of state travel. Chad Parnell/Jennifer Carter

  • 11. Approval of Adair County High School FBLA students to compete at the National FBLA Competition in Chicago on June 28th - July 2nd, 2022. Transportation is also being requested for out of state travel. Chad Parnell/J.R. Thompson

  • 12. Approval to contract an occupational therapist and a certified occupational assistant for the 2022-2023 school year = Wes Irvin

  • 13. Approval to waive fees for the gym rental at Adair County High School for a basketball tournament for Blake Martin's Children Educational Fund.

  • 14. Approval to waive fees for the gym/cafeteria rental at Adair County Elementary Schoool for a benefit for Archie Redmon the father of Miranda Bailey (teacher at the Adair County Elementary School).

  • 15. Approval to create a full-time Athletic Director for the 2022-2023 school year

  • 16. Approval of catalog bids for the 2022-2023 school year.

  • 17. Approval of the school based satellite clinic agreement with Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc.

  • 18. Approval of employee salary schedules for the 2022-2023 school year.

  • 19. Approval to approve the tentative budget for the 2022-2023 school year - Renae Smith

  • 20. Approval of the 2022-2023 Treasurer effective August 1, 2022

  • 21. Approval of monthly financial statements - Renae Smith
