Teresa Lynn Cooper, 61, Columbia, KY (1960-2022) Teresa Lynn Cooper of Columbia passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at her residence. She was 60 years old. Funeral services will be held at NoonCT on Friday, April 1, 2022 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY, with Bro. Darrell Landis officiating. Burial will follow in the McClister Cemetery. Visitation will be after 9amCT on Friday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. She was born on August 1, 1960 in Glasgow, KY to the late Charles and Linda Darnell Cooper. Teresa was of the Christian faith and enjoyed the simple things in life from yard sales to driving the country side visiting cemeteries. She also enjoyed playing lottery tickets and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her daughter Kaitlyn Cooper (Bradley Cline) of Louisville, KY; a sister Deanna Cooper of Columbia, KY; aunts and uncles Phyllis Curry (Clifton), Beanie Green (Walter), Donita Hortillosa (Dr. Lew) , Mitzi Loy and Jobe Darnell; nieces and nephews Jennifer Thomas, Kristina Cooper, Leanna Corbin, Lori Cooper, Phillip Cooper and Billy Salmon. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Phillip Cooper, grandparents Orbra and Euna Darnell and Yank and Alline Loy and two aunts Becky Loy, Peggy Page and Joann Darnell. Pallbearers will be Rickey Kerns, Billy Salmon, Phillip Cooper, Jr. Murphy, Floyd Green and Bo Murphy. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to assist Kaitlyn with the funeral expenses. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
