Letter: Time to replace flag at Annex By Vicki Brock Today I was looking at the American flag hanging in front of our Annex Building on the Columbia Square and couldn't believe what bad shape it's in! Surely there's money in our county budget to replace it. This is not what we want visitors to see when they visit our town. We should take great pride in our flag.
