Terry Lane Selby, 72, Russell County, KY (1949-2022) Terry Lane Selby, of Russell Springs, KY passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2022. She was 72 years of age. Terry worked tirelessly as a beautician for 35 years. She enjoyed gardening and growing flowers. Terry was a wonderful cook and her green beans were a favorite of her family. She leaves behind her miniature poodle, Danny, who was a faithful companion and lap dog. Born on June 13, 1949, she was a daughter of Irene Voils Pyles and the late James Buford Pyles. Survivors include her beloved husband of fifty years, Billy Selby, of Russell Springs, whom she wed on October 9, 1971; her mother Irene Pyles, of Russell Springs; a son, Eric (and Heather) Selby, of Russell Springs; a daughter-in-law, Denisha Selby, of Louisville; three grandsons, Evan Bradley (and Elissa) Selby, of Louisville, Ethan Grant (and Kim) Selby, of Glasgow, and Matthew Scott Selby, of Louisville; a great-granddaughter, Vivian Kay Selby; and two brothers, Jimmy Pyles and Jacky Pyles, both of Russell Springs. In addition to her father, Terry was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Selby. Funeral services will be held at 2pmCT Sunday, March 20, 2022, at Bernard Funeral Home, with Bro. Ryan Coffey officiating. Burial will follow in the Russell Springs City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11amCT Sunday, until time of services, at the funeral home. Ronald Hopper, Doug Wilson, Jason Hughes, Evan Selby, Ethan Selby, and Matthew Selby will serve as Terry's pallbearers. This story was posted on 2022-03-20 12:22:08
