Phyllus Harrison, 87, Elk Horn, KY (1934-2022) Phyllus Harrison of Elk Horn passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2022. She was 87 years old. The funeral service will be held at 11amET on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY, officiated by Bro. Brian Rafferty, Bro. Haywood Riner, Bro. Eddie Finn and Bro. Joey Hicks. Burial will follow in Elk Horn Cemetery. Visitation is requested from 5pmET until 8pmET on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Phyllus Harrison, daughter of the late Joe Baker and Ruth Cheatham Baker, was born July 24, 1934 in Cumberland County, Kentucky. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Elk Horn Baptist Church. She was a prayer warrior and loved unconditionally. Phyllus was a retired medical assistant. She united in marriage to Sam Harrison February 6, 1954 and he preceded her in death March 21, 2014. Phyllus is survived by two daughters: Kathy Harden and husband, Ricky and Sheila Moore and husband, Robert of Campbellsville; seven grandchildren: Chad Wilson, Jamie Wright and husband, Tommy, Corey Harrison, Justin Harden and wife, Kendal, Chris Harrison and wife, Megan, Jessie Yates and husband, Austin and Sami Jo Hollingsworth and husband, Ben; thirteen great-grandchildren: Ava Harrison, Gavin Harrison, Ella Grace Harrison, Levi Harrison, Blayz Wright, Rhealin Wright, Saylor Wilson, Poppi Harden, Iris Harden, Lux Harden, Honey Harden, Vere Harden and Shepherd Hollingsworth; one brother, Amel Baker and wife, Carolyn of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by a son, Gene Douglas Harrison March 29, 2000. Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences at parrottramsey.com.
