A NEW CHELF FAMILY CONNECTION: Lucy Katherine Devenney Chelf family connections in and around Adair County will be happy to hear that Bob Chelf and his wife Andi are the proud, first-time grandparents of miss Lucy Katherine Devenney. Lucy was born to Jennifer Lynn Chelf and Sean Thomas Devenney, 211 Beechmont Drive, Carmel Indiana, on July 20, 2005 at 9:09 PM at Women's Hospital Indianapolis. She weighed 8 pounds and was 20.5 inches tall. Paternal Grandparents are Dr. Robert Frazier Devenney and Marylee Minehart Devenney of Exton, Pennsylvania. Maternal Grandparents Paul Robert Chelf (whose roots are in the Knifley area) and Andrea Sue Chelf live in Carmel, Indiana. Lucy Katherine is the niece of Amy Susanne Chelf Lane and her husband Dr. Andrew Robert Lane; Robert Frazier Devenney, Jr. and Nancy Staub Devenney; and David Wise Devenney and Pamela Trew Devenney.
