Fighting Black Vultures: Information from County Agent

Black Vulture roosts have been an issue affecting multiple landowners for several years. The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife provides the following information for options for landowners and farmers.

Another option is the use of an effigy to deter roosts. A dead black vulture has been shown to work very well but individuals can also construct their own fake effigy.
