Anna Nell Smith, 72, Columbia, KY (1949-2022) Anna Nell (Taylor) Smith of Columbia passed away on Monday, February 28, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her family. She was 72 years old. The funeral Service will be held at 1pmCT on Saturday, March 5, 2022, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Rev. Ronnie Bryant delivering the eulogy. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is requested after 5pmCT on Friday. She was born September 10, 1949, in Columbia, Kentucky, to the late David Lee and Annabelle Shirley Taylor. Anna Nell was an active member of First Baptist Church, doing what she loved which was singing in the Choir and a member of the Usher Board as well. Anna drew blood at Dr. Charles Giles office and her patients absolutely loved her. She never met a stranger and would go out of her way to help anyone in need. She was a very strong woman with a beautiful heart and she will never be forgotten. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Bonda Dean Taylor. She leaves to mourn her passing:
