Willie Murrell (Bill) Sluder, 94, Campbellsville, KY (1927-2022) Willie Murrell "Bill" Sluder of Campbellsville passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 94 years old. There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Sluder at 11amET on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at the Campbellsville Church of the Nazarene, 912 W Main St, Campbellsville, KY. Rev. David Young will officiate. Burial will follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, with full military honors being conducted by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, from 9amET until time for the service. Mr. Willie Murrell "Bill" Sluder, son of the late Dewey and Dora (Campbell) Sluder, was born in Knifley on April 16, 1927. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Church of the Nazarene. Mr. Sluder was a retired hod carrier by trade. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served his country honorably during World War II. He enjoyed conversation, and spent much of his latter years socializing at church or Druthers. He leaves to cherish his memory:
