William Calvin Roller, 75, Marrowbone, KY (1946-2022)

William Calvin Roller of Marrowbone passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Cumberland County Hospital . He was 75 years old.

Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held at 1pmCT on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at Waterview Church of Christ, 6465 Glasgow Road, Burkesville, KY.

Calvin was born on September 16, 1946 in Glasgow, Barren County, Kentucky to the late John Calvin Roller and Lucille Thomas Roller. He was a member of Waterview Church of Christ, a former University of Illinois Policeman, a truck driver, and a former employee of Carhartt in Glasgow. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Kenny Slater.

Survivors Include:
  • His Wife- Mary Roller of Marrowbone, KY
  • Two Sons- Glenn Slater of Effingham, Illinois and William C. Roller, Jr. of Dewey, Illinois
  • One Daughter- Phyllis Hunter of Ogden, Illinois
  • One Brother- Gary Roller of Mahomet, Illinois
  • 5 Grandchildren
  • 2 Great Grandchildren
  • A host of other relatives and friends
