Road work continues with temperatures below freezing Both Adair County Judge Executive Gale Cowan and Columbia Mayor Pamela Hoots are reporting that while main roads are being cleared of the overnight snow, with temperatures below freezing and going down more, drivers should watch carefully for ice.
