Earl Sneed, 78, Earl Sneed, 78, Benton, KY, formerly of Adair County, KY, passed away Monday, June 20, 2005, at 8:45 a.m., at the Vanderbilt Medical Center, Nashville, TN, after an illness of several weeks. The funeral service wil be Saturday, June 25, 2005, at 1:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, with Rev. Dwight Wiser officiating. Visitation will begin Saturday, June 25, 2005, aftr 4:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY. He was the son of the late Albert and Martha Compton Sneed of Adair County, KY. He is survived by his wife, Florence (Stacy) Sneed, Benton, KY, and the following:
Mr. Sneed retired from Clearing machine Company in Chicago, IL, after 52 years service. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
