John Townsend, 47, US Army Veteran Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 9, 2005 at 10 a.m. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home for John Townsend. A resident of the Millerfield community, he died suddenly at the UK Medical Center in Lexington on Monday. He was employed by Grayhawk Construction Company of Lexington. He is survived by:
