The celebration will take place all day from 8:30amCT until 4pmCT. The Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting at 11amCT, and, as a special treat, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be in the bank's lobby from 2pmCT until 4pmCT, listening to children's requests and smiling for photo-ops.
