Vote totals by precinct for Adair County Special Election Voting ended at 6pmCT last night in the November 2021 Special Election to fill the seat for Kentucky State Representative for the 51st District, which was ordered by Governor Beshear after the passing of the late John (Bam) Carney (1969-2021), who had held the seat since 2009. The 51st district covers all of Adair and Taylor Counties. There were several ways to vote in the November 2 special election, including mail-in absentee ballots, in-person absentee voting, and votes on Election Day.
