Alma Ovelene Bernard, age 91, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Wednesday, October 27 2021.

She was born on Friday, April 04 1930, in Russell Springs.

She was the daughter of Etta Jane Robertson Irvin and Estil Irvin, who preceded her in death.



Survivors include:
3 Daughters:

Loretta Cherry, of Russell Springs KY

Wanda Conner, of Russell Springs KY

Janie Wall, of Columbia KY

4 Sons:
Ronnie Bernard, of Russell Springs KY.

Andy Bernard, of Russell Springs KY.

Mark Bernard, of Russell Springs KY.

Jamie Bernard, of Russell Springs KY.

1 Brother: John Irvin, of Russell Springs KY

She is survived by 28 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren. She was a member of New Friendship United Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Arlus "Red" Bernard, one daughter, Patricia Kinnett and two sons, David and Allan Bernard.

Pallbearers are Brent Cherry, Dylan Shepard, Tony Bernard, John Loveless, Josh Wall and Luke Kinnett. Honorary Pallbearers are Frankie Irvin, Noah Walls, Kiran Shepard and Blake Wall.

Funeral service and visitation are private due to covid

Wilson funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
