Myrtle Selby, 92 Myrtle Selby, 92, 3468 Glens Fork Road, Glens Fork, KY, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at 6:25 p.m., at Westlake Regional Hospital, Columbia, KY. The funeral service will be Friday, May 6, 2005, at 1:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Ivan Tucker and Bro. Ralph Hadley officiating. She was the daughter of the late William Herndon and Laura Bell Webb Samuell and the widow of Earl Selby, who preceded her in death on November 4, 1976. She was also preceded in death by one son, Neal Selby, who died April 17, 1996. She is survived by the following:
Mrs. Selby was a member of the Glens Fork Christian Church. She taught the primary class in Sunday School for several years. She was a seamstress and a homemaker. Interment will be in the Columbia Cemetery. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements. Visitation is after 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 5, 2005, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY.
