Adair Co. Grand Jury returns indictments August 26 On Thursday, August 26, 2021, the Adair County Circuit Court Grand Jury met and handed down indictments against 17 individuals from Columbia, Russell Springs, Edmonton, Glasgow, Campbellsville, Raywick, Boston, and Louisville, KY, on charges including possession, wanton endangerment, trespassing, theft, receiving stolen property, strangulation, assault, burglary, trafficking, flight, reckless driving, reckless homicide, and manslaughter. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
