Shirley is also survived by five grandchildren, Jeffrey Lee Potts, II, Tristan John (and Sarah) Francis, Zachary Wysocki, Clancey Caroline Hopper, and Madelynn (and Jacob) Francis Hendrickson; four great-grandchildren, Dylan McKenzee Potts, Jael Lynn Hendrickson, Nava Marie Hendrickson, and Talia Leslie Hendrickson; two sisters, Wanda Brown, of Russell Springs and Sue (and Jack) Hopper, of Jamestown; and two sisters-in-law, Betty Kerr and Pam Kerr, both of Russell Springs.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by two brothers, William "Buddy" Kerr and Stevie Kerr, and a brother-in-law, Dewey Brown.

Funeral services will be held privately for family at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 29, 2021, at Bernard Funeral Home, with her son-in-law, Dr. John Francis officiating. Burial will follow in Russell Springs City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 28, 2021, and from 8:00 A.M. until service time on Sunday, August 29, 2021, at Bernard Funeral Home.
