Kenneth Ray King, 92, Liberty, KY (1928-2021) Kenneth Ray King of Liberty passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021, at the Casey County Hospital. He was 92 years old. Funeral Services will be held at 1pmET on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY, with Nick King officiating. Burial will follow in the Poplar Grove Cemetery, with Military Rites performed by the Casey County Veterans Honor Guard. Visitation will be held at NoonET on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. He was born November 10th, 1928, in Casey Co. KY, a son of the late Benjamin Harrison King and Pearl Mae Vanoy King. Kenneth was a past owner in Brown Bros. Aluminum, and a truck driver for Murphy Gate and Johnson Gate, U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and a Proud member of the Casey County Veterans Honor Guard. Survivors include: His Spouse: Margaret Stanley Fights King, One Son: Jeffrey Ray and (Vera) King of Kings Mt., KY, One Daughters: Mindy and (Gary) True of Harrodsburg, Six Grandchildren, Three Great Grandchildren and One Sister: Corine Schueler of Mason, OH. Preceding him in death besides his parents was One Son: Gregory Ray King, Five Sisters: Velcie Clements, Beatrice Mills, Ethel Stafford, Ella Fair Mills and Catherine Peavey and Two Brothers: Coy Ancil King and George Wesley King. in lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to be made to the Casey County Veterans Honor Guard.
