May Dorothy Rogers, 91, Green County, KY (1930-2021)

May Dorothy (Hughes) Rogers, 91, of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth Hughes, was born July 8th, 1930, in Camden, New Jersey, and departed this life peacefully at her home on Wednesday, August 18th, 2021, in Greensburg, Kentucky.

She professed her faith in Christ and was of Methodist faith. May received an associate's degree in culinary skills and had the ability to turn basic ingredients from her kitchen into a gourmet meal.



She united in marriage to Alford Rogers in 1955, who precedes her in death.

Survived by one son: Paul Alford Rogers of Greensburg, Kentucky.

One grandchild: Daniel Rogers of New Jersey.

One great-grandchild: Milo Steven Rogers of New Jersey.

Besides her parents and husband, Mrs. Rogers is preceded in death by one son: Gary Steven Rogers.

The family chose cremation and a memorial service will be held at a later date by the family. Auberry Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
