Gordon Haynes, 73, Campbellsville, KY (1948-2021)

Gordon Haynes of Campbellsville passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021 in Greensburg. He was 73 years old.

A graveside service will be held at 2pmET on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, officiated by Rev. John Butler.

The family will receive friends and family beginning at 1:45pmET on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.

Gordon Haynes, son of the late George Haynes and Gertrude Wright Haynes, was born February 9, 1948 in Green County, Kentucky.

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Salem Baptist Church.

He was a retired farmer.

Gordon is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Mildred Haynes of Campbellsville; one nephew, Chad Haynes and wife, Amanda of Auburn; one niece, Amber Hill and husband, Dartanya of Louisville; several great-nephews, great-nieces and cousins.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers: Edward Lee Haynes and Marvin Haynes and wife, Suellen Haynes.

Expressions of sympathy requested to be donations to Gideon Bibles or St. Jude Children's Hospital and may be made at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.
